Ansys排水管道計(jì)算

埋設(shè)在地下的排水管道
rpc管道混凝土管道用solid45單元模擬，link8模擬縱向鋼筋和箍筋，直接建立單元，采用復(fù)制的方式直接生成實(shí)體。讓link單元和solid單元共用節(jié)點(diǎn)，（nummrg和numcmp命令）這樣就省去了耦合和添加約束方程，預(yù)應(yīng)力采用施加初始應(yīng)變的方式。約束采用簡(jiǎn)直方式。計(jì)算以后在支座處有比較名顯的應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象。這是我做的思路，有命令流，有問(wèn)題大家可以交流。

施加其它荷載和約束以及后處理的命令省略，在后處理中注意轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)果坐標(biāo)系到cylinder coordinate system

結(jié)果1：每隔20cm配一道箍筋，施加1250 a的預(yù)應(yīng)力。



結(jié)果2：每隔30cm配一道箍筋，施加1250 a的預(yù)應(yīng)力。
